eLearning, E-learning, or elearning?

No matter how you spell it, elearning is still learning. Meaning that it should adhere to good instructional design principles. But even if you are an experienced classroom trainer, there are some different considerations when designing self-paced, online learning that you wouldn't necessarily need to think about with instructor-led training.

Whether you're a seasoned trainer, or you've never designed any learning before, this section can help you get started. For an intro into good instructional design basics, check out the four short videos on the Instructional Design page.

If you are already well versed in learning objectives and designing a training plan, the pages on Storyboarding, eLearning Tools, Accessibility and What About Mobile? will get you started on the right track with creating your own elearning.
